• Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon payment confirmation.

• For heavy freight items (such as shipping containers, trailers, and large machinery), our logistics team will contact you directly to coordinate dispatch and specific delivery requirements.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping area: We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

• Shipping cost: A flat rate of $250.00 USD per order applies to all orders shipped within the United States. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Handling time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Transit time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• Total estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Methods & Logistics

• Heavy Freight & Flatbed Transport: Containers and trailers are delivered via specialized flatbed or tilt-bed trucks. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, level, and cleared of obstacles.

• Standard Shipping: Smaller parts, accessories, or standard merchandise are shipped via major parcel carriers with tracking provided.

Delivery Inspection

• Upon arrival, the recipient or authorized representative must inspect the shipment for any transport-related damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any noted issues or damages must be documented immediately and reported to our support team within 48 hours.
